We went to pick up a doordash order and employee asked us what the name was for we told him and as he handed us the order shook his head and we didn't know what we did wrong. My fiance is half way to the car and is told he needs to come back inside to confirm the order from a lady that seemed nasty as well telling us we had to confirm the order before leaving the store. Pretty disappointed. That was one of the worst cheesesteaks as far as meat quality I have had in quite some time. Almost felt like it was steakum. Very flavorless. Considering it was their signature cheesesteak, super disappointing. The Nashville hot tenders almost had a decent amount of heat, and the chicken quality was decent. Total garbage. Ordered through Door Dash and multiple items were made incorrectly. The buffalo chicken pizza was dry and the dough had the texture of a Lunchables pizza. The chicken fingers were either burnt or cooked in oil that is well past its usefulness. The seaso bites were tiny little slivers of chicken cooked to oblivion that were difficult to even chew.
