I contacted Seasons and spoke to a very nice man. This location is convenient for me and have ordered food from here for years. Today I ordered lasagna which I have had in the past. It was a huge disappointment. I asked him to have someone else taste it and recommended not sell it to anyone else. I cannot describe the taste. He claimed that he would try it. He offered me something else which I declined.
My order arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes after it was placed. It happens. However, it was clear my food sat a long time. We ordered the chicken strip meal and it must have been super hot when it was first made, but by the time we got it, it was cold, grease-soaked and tough, and sitting in a super wet and soggy box. Plus, they forgot the roll. My salad also must have sat out the whole time as well, since it was also warm. Even the dressing was above room temperature.
