Awesome food and service
I ordered a simple Super Bowl with steak and shrimp only and received a Super Bowl with shrimp and chicken only. Accidents happen and it wasn’t a big deal, I called, asked if they would replace it and they said yes. So I drive 20 minutes back and they ask for the original bowl and receipt-and I handed it back but said-hey, I opened it, it wouldnt be okay to give this to someone else. Every trip through Pooler, I stop by see if my favorite meal taste as good as the 1st time
My co-workers and I (3 of us) put in online orders that I picked up for all three of us. Food was set to be ready by 1115am, walked in @ 1103am and all of our orders were piping hot and ready to go. Only downfall is that the food was put in paper bags. Walking back into my office carrying 3 bags and the bottom fell out of one of the bags and food spilled out all on the asphalt.
