I had two disappointing visits here I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with no rice add vegetables. I drove all the way home and found out I had steak shrimp chicken with rice so I called and spoke to the manager J and he told me he would replace it so I came by today to pick up my order, I drove all the way home And instead of teriyaki chicken with vegetables. I’ve been coming here for 8 years, and ordering the same meal literally for 8 years, tonight the cashier tells me “you can’t order it like that” with an attitude, and then after I placed my order he goes in the kitchen to talk trash about me explaining how I’ve been ordering the same meal for years. I definitely won’t be back, after all these years coming here. There’s so many options to eat in Pooler, and honestly the service industry in whole is beyond sad.
