Everyone in this office (Dr Cruz, Patty from scheduling, office staff and nurse) has been very pleasant and helpful all around. I was able to get scheduled in quickly. Their sewickley office is easy for parking and check-in. Short wait. Results post quickly online and communication is clear and thorough. Lab work does need to be done as outpatient but that was also a pleasant experience at AHN wexford. These people are professional gaslighters and I had a terrible experience. They acted like they are super pro-women initially and then completely dismissed my concerns, never followed up on my bloodwork and left me hanging with unmanaged nutritional deficiencies that have significantly impacted my pregnancy and fertility journey. Worse, the doctors were judgmental, made rude side comments and then acted bothered and smug when having to answer questions.
Absolute worse! Daughter has an ovarian cyst that is causing severe pain office schedule appt for 2 weeks away. Office said if pain continues go to ER so physician will see her. We went to ER and physician (Dr Lebowitz) sent resident down instead. Wouldn’t do anything for my daughter.
