I had an appointment for a pedicure , arrived a few minutes before. I was placed in a pedicure chair to wait. No water put in tub. No one else getting a pedicure, 4 people getting manicures. The massage chair didn’t work, all the polishes were very thinned with thinners. I waited 20 minutes with no acknowledgement and decided to leave. Then someone came over and said she would turn on my water. I asked if she was ready for me and she said no but she would turn on the water. I left. Came here with my daughter this past week for my birthday. We had the best time. My daughter is 8 and this was her first time at a salon. They were so nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They took the time to help my daughter and I find the right color shellac for our manicures. I love how everything turned out. Michelle is not only very kind but she is also amazing at what she does! Thank you so much for this experience! Can't wait for the next one!
