I was late by 4 min and they canceled the appointment for the test
I just had my first appointment with Dr. Puar and am so impressed with her. She is very professional and I am confident with her diagnosis and treatment plan. She took time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood everything she said. Also, all the staff at the desk were very helpful, friendly and caring. I certainly felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Extremely professional and friendly medical center.
Very poor service. Doctors never on time. Had to wait over an hour
Had an awful experience with Dr. Azadeh Malekalkalami. She didn’t want to understand my problem and help me with my sprained ankle, was rushing me to take next client
We were very disappointed with our recent visit with Dr. Puar. During my dad’s check-up, her tone came across as sarcastic and dismissive, which made us feel uncomfortable and as if we didn’t understand what was being explained. When we inquired about pain medication for my dad, she responded in a rude manner, saying, “Why do you think I should give you pain medication?
