Experience from start to finish was great. Installation was a couple months ago, so far so good 🤞
When you come home after a vacation to your house doubling as a sauna the last thing you want to do is have a difficult process getting it resolved. John was quick to get over and diagnose the problem and give me an HONEST diagnosis. Even though it was not what I wanted to hear, John was over the next day to replace my AC unit. Him and his helper were very polite, clean, and timely. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services moving forward. Nice work guys!
In June 2020 we purchased a brand new air-conditioning unit from this company and it came with a 2 year warranty. We had 2 service calls within these first 2 years because the unit stopped cooling twice (odd for a brand new unit). May 2024, we have the 3rd occurrence of the unit not cooling and it was determined to be a manufacture defect. They then forced us to pay additional labor costs to replace the bad unit we received in the first place. STAY AWAY! Had no heat at 7pm. I knew my thermostat was bad because I was having issues with it even though the batteries were new. Called to have someone come out and replace the thermostat. The idiot on the phone told me they probably don't have the same one I have in the truck and the service call would be 175.00. I didn't care if the thermostat was different so I agreed to the service call. When the very rude tech came out he challenged my request for a new thermostat and starting checking out my furnace.
