I have been going to Seasons Four for many years, particularly between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. This year I asked about one of the centerpieces on display, which I usually don't buy as is, but gather the supplies and make myself. They took my number and had the designer call me. She offered to put aside all of the supplies and answer any questions I had when I picked it up. This place is overly expensive and they are cheap. I bought a gingerbread house and they literally took out the battery's because they are so cheap they want to reuse them. Absolutely ridiculous....
Had a very pleasant experience with this company! Laura was very responsive and they all worked around some changes in our order we needed handled. I even had an appointment close to the delivery timeframe and they were very responsive and accommodating. The delivery crew was fantastic. Two very nice gentleman who took very careful care of the furniture on delivery. I HIGHLY recommend ordering from this company.
