My family’s “go-to” for plants and outdoor furniture. We’ve spent more money here than I’ll admit in polite company 😅. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and organized. Their delivery services are also fantastic. We’ll always go here first for any of our relevant needs.
I’m writing this feedback simply to help the owners shift their perspective and better pinpoint areas for improvement. I don’t want the businesses near where I live to struggle; I want the whole community to thrive. The quality of the products here is indeed slightly better than elsewhere, but not to the extent that it justifies paying three times—or more—the usual price. I recently went to Seasons Four to purchase a patio chair for my mom who is 94 years old and has some limited mobility. The entire staff was incredibly accommodating, bringing close to the entrance multiple chairs for my mom to see which one was the best fit for her. They had such an incredible variety and I ended up purchasing a chair that has just been perfect for my mom. Amazing that in 2025 there is still no air conditioning in the showrooms. With the doors open and only a couple of fans near the registers, it is an extremely uncomfortable experience. The sweat is pouring off the sales personnel and their discomfort shows in their attitudes. As always they have beautiful displays and extremely high prices. The chairs are being made so large now that the cost is alarming.
