If you want an OB office that genuinely care and listens to you and your concerns this is absolutely NOT it the Bristol office is so much better with kinder front staff and people in general Dr. Marquette is very kind and wants to answer any questions you have. But the people at the office in kingsport are not kind or caring at all they make me feel like I bother them when I walk up and will make up an answer they dont know instead of finding out. Your pushed through like you dont even matter.
Went for my annual exam with Dr. Marquette and she was great!
I NEVER leave reviews on anything even if I have a bad experience but seriously pay attention to the reviews on this place. I did everything right, I showed up early, signed in and waited and waited and waited after driving an hour there. I was there for an hour and never got called back and there were multiple people who were there longer than I was. I eventually just got up and left because at that point I was just done. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing. I recommend going legitimately anywhere else.
Took my wife here for an ultrasound and a appt with the doctor. We had to be there a 2pm and didn’t leave until after 4pm. They put us in a room after the scan which was around 210pm and left us in a room until about 4pm just for the doctor to be in there all for about 3 minutes. Seems like every other seasons office is awful with time management expect the Abingdon location.
