They do not care about your pain and how they can make it better. They want you in and out in as fast as possible and you can feel the eagerness to get you to leave. I came for my annual checkup and have never got pushed through an appointment so fast. I was instructed to not share the photographs that show the doctors my condition well. The Dr denied to see the photographs (which directly correlate with her job description). I am really upset about the care I received. Would not recommend for any women.
I am not the one to say bad things but my whole pregnancy experience with this office has been nothing short of horrid. They are NEVER on time. Every appointment I have had scheduled with them they will call me 3 days prior and tell me that they have to reschedule due to Dr/Ultrasound techs/etc are not in office. I don’t know why they wouldn’t verify the person I need to be seen with is IN OFFICE the day the schedule me. Complete and utter waste of time. Communication was poor and I was pushed towards a treatment option that does not align with my needs. I will not return to any HMG facility.
I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences each time I’ve been in this office. Today I went to sign medical release forms because I’m changing offices and we were met with overly rude receptionist. We did wait around 10 mins for someone to come up to the window ( not really a big deal to me) but once the receptionist came up there we were met with hostility.
