I appreciate the great staff at Seasons. I saw Dr Withrow for my OB care. He’s an incredibly kind, patient, and respectful man. Autumn Hoover was also wonderful whenever I would be seen by her. Everyone always had such an upbeat attitude, and gave the impression that they love their job! I loved the care I received, and my son was born October 2024 healthy and perfect!
Dr. Stevens actually listens and helps, which isn't always the case in Healthcare today.
Dr. White is my gyno and he is amazing. Everyone at this office is usually very nice. I had to be worked in recently for an acute visit and the girl who came and got me from the lobby (I think her name was Mercedez) looked like she did NOT want to be there. She didn’t say hello to me or anything. I think if she had smiled it would have cracked her face. I work in healthcare as well and I feel that if you’re going to work in healthcare you need to have a bubbly personality, not act cold and unwelcoming.
The Doctors here must got a " D " in med school I would absolutely NOT recommend this practice to anyone . They have no regard for patients concerns and the receptionist are ignorant , lazy ........just useless ! Also my appointments are always cancelled/ rescheduled . I will never go back to this place again ! I switched to an out of town doctor and Let me tell you Indian / Asian doctors are the best in the world !
I relocated to the area 4 years ago and was referred to seasons by my primary healthcare provider. Everytime I had an appointment I was always late being take back (pretty normal for doctors offices so whatever). I was always referred to as “gal” as if it were too much to even call me by name or check my chart for it, but then I felt rushed in and out once back.
