I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences each time I’ve been in this office. Today I went to sign medical release forms because I’m changing offices and we were met with overly rude receptionist. We did wait around 10 mins for someone to come up to the window ( not really a big deal to me) but once the receptionist came up there we were met with hostility. Dr. Walker is a completely inexperienced and dangerous surgeon. Brought MRI scans to her. She ignored the MRI, which showed multiple masses throughout my pelvis. She wanted to do her own ultrasound. Her inexperienced ultrasound tech only noted the endometrioma on 1 ovary. Dr. Walker tried to talk me into surgery to "fix my ovary". And would not talk about the rest of my issues. Jackie in the Kingsport office is great she worked with us getting an appointment when spots were very limited I appreciate her attention to detail and how helpful she was.
I appreciate the great staff at Seasons. I saw Dr Withrow for my OB care. He’s an incredibly kind, patient, and respectful man. Autumn Hoover was also wonderful whenever I would be seen by her. Everyone always had such an upbeat attitude, and gave the impression that they love their job! I loved the care I received, and my son was born October 2024 healthy and perfect!
