after a very traumatic and life-altering event last year, I started going to Lisa for EMDR therapy. After 5 sessions, my brain started to process and clear all the emotions and feelings I had, and it was coming out through very vivid dreams. EMDR therapy helped me to regulate learned triggers and emotional responses I had and re-alter my reaction pathway to them. One year later and I have my spark, sleep, and feel like myself again. You can really tell the counselors they're care about you and that you're not just a paycheck to them. there's not a lot of úh huh's, there's a lot more feedback an actual life coaching. Would highly recommend
