Paid a lot of money to have a flagstone walkway put in. Crew was very nice and I was initially very happy. Within a few months the polymer started crumbling, eroding and washing away. I asked H&T to fix it. They put a different polymer in that was even worse. Within DAYS the polymer started eroding to the point where sheets of it were detaching. H&T's response? They told me I should remove the polymer abs gill it with gravel! Unbelievable! I originally had gravel and paid them for polymer!
Jonathan and his team started out great. We paid him a huge amount of money to completely redo all of our landscaping. It went from everything being dead to everything being alive, which was amazing. We were so happy and then as time went on, things were dying, things were in the wrong areas, and we weren’t happy. We also paid him to completely redo a pond for us. Contacted for a quote. Johnathan came out on time to meet with me. Had two properties to show the landscaping needs. I thought his mannerism odd in no note taking and very nonchalant approach. Went to second property. He asked a few questions. When done I asked when would I get a quote and if selected how long to schedule. This was on Tuesday 1 Sept and he said tomorrow I would have the quote. Next day came and went, following day I texted him, then I called his office, texted him again.
