No heat and gas?
Spray painting over mold spots, cracks in doors and windows, no one ever showing up for work orders, or made you wait a week just to finally come in and say they have to order a part for an even longer wait, but the parking lot and courtyard areas sure got maintained to look nice from the outside! Faulty wiring with switches that do nothing, outlets that don't work, it's no wonder the utility bills never match up to what you use. Worst apartment I have ever had. Moving is expensive, so we got stuck there. Mold, rats, oven didn't work for the last 8 months, AC barely functioned, but those weren't emergencies to the near non existent maintenance crew. Gas leaks, mushrooms growing through the ceiling from the attic, mail room break-Ins, rotting dangerous stairs to our apartment. All this and much more at the Seasons. We are sick from the black mold that is in all the ventilation and growing out of the outlets and through the walls. Just don't go there. ... read more
We lived at this property for ten years. It has been the worst ten years of our lives. Health issue after health issue, headaches, daily nose bleeds, dizziness, unbearable fatigue, sinus infections to name a few. Physical, mental and emotional stress. We did not have the money to move and did our absolute best to just exist. Issues reported were belittled and neglected. From massive water leaks leading to an entire closet molding and property loss to mushrooms growing from our ceiling, the attic space above us being riddled ... read more
