We are considering a Richmond home in Hesperia. They have efficient floor plans that maximize the square footage of each house. Salesperson Erin was extremely helpful in explaining the process for building with Richmond. She is from the area and was able to give us lots of helpful information about our potential future home.
I moved into a new house built by Richmond 10 months ago. I asked about and requested various repairs during the warranty period, but the repairs are so bad that I want to curse them. The feedback is too slow, and they promised to come, but they sent a non-technical person, and then promised to send another person, and then there was no response.
