My husband and I were excited to buy a house unfortunately it didn’t work out on our end and we had to back out. We were told that we would get our earnest money back but it would take three weeks it’s been a month and I contacted our realtor who contacted clay and they said it would take up to 8 weeks! They are so quick to take your money but not give it back! I’m so happy things didn’t work out to realize what this company is doing holding our earnest money is ridiculous be very careful buying a house from them!
A great group of people to work with and Emily is phenomenal! Answers email and concerns even on her days off. Getting our new home has been a wonderful experience with Richmond American Homes.
