My children bought a house there, . I was so sad, the company doesn’t paint the garage, they don’t get fences, the concrete outside is not well done, all full of crack. What kind of professional are this? Just money hungry people.
READ THE CONTRACT!!! We got so lucky to realize that we shouldn't sign a contract for this development. There were multiple promises and statements made by the sales people that contradicted what the contract says. The end of the contract states that nothing the sales people say is binding. BEWARE.
We’ve been in this neighborhood since 2020 and had a great experience from start to finish. We were well taken care of throughout the process and after. We’re used our own lender and they matched or exceeded the perks offered through using Richmond’s lender so that was worth it. Our “fix” list was all taken care of within the time frame after we moved in. We love our home and the people who live here!
Accurate stars is Zero. Started in March on a wait list. Signed in Aug 2021, went thru 4 sales agents and 4 superintendents with house finished in Oct 2022. Poor quality, many things still waiting to be fixed. Mortgage Company was dishonest, passed us from person to person. We lost our 3.25 interest rate due to incompetent people and incompetent mortgage company. So many things I could list, its quite infuriating, but most importantly walk away like we should have.. even if you loose your design center costs.
