My spouse and I have never written a bad review in our lives, but our experience with Richmond American Homes has been such a nightmare that we feel obligated to warn the community. We closed on our home in the Orange Meadows at Round Hill community a couple of months ago but didn't move in until a few weeks later. hands down the most poorly built homes on the market. What they are doing should be criminal. Tons of issues with HVAC, hot water heaters, windows, and improperly sealed & insulated homes. Their response when you reach out...sorry it's out of warranty! What a joke!
Recently bought a house from them and our house already has many issues, tried to see if they can fix it but they refuse to since we already moved in and I understand why they don’t fix it, but still it’s ridiculous since we have lived in this house for less than a year and it’s already falling apart.
