Amazing staff! We love living at The Bluffs!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely hands down the WORST place I have ever lived. The workers have no brain cells. They are SO quick to charge you for things like garbage and pet waste yet their complex is FILTHY. Trash is always overflowing and there is dog waste ALL over. They take days on end to respond to maintenance requests and even then the issue isnt fixed and you are left with broken things. When you move out they will charge you for ridiculous things. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS COMPLEX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The office staff and maintenance are friendly and amazing. Four years ago I had emergency heart surgery. I could not go to the hospital physical therapy for cardio rehab because the PT was closed due to COVID. I told my Cardiologists what type of equipment was at the Bluffs fitness center. The equipment was so good my Cardiologists gave me a program to do my cardio rehab at the fitness center at the Bluffs.
Myself and my husband applied to this apartment, we paid the $75 application fee and $300 administrative fee. We submitted our documents for verification.I am a contract Account specialist with a staffing agency and my husband is a travel nurse in Illinois.We are moving to Illinois from out of state. They called saying our documents were falsified.How do you assume that due to verification not been done we falsified documents?
