“I applied for an apartment at The Bluffs and was denied on March 30, 2026. I was told my $300 administrative fee would be refunded within 4–6 weeks, and later that a check was mailed on April 7 in a plain white envelope, which I never received. After that, I emailed the property manager, Lisa, about reissuing the refund, and have not received a response, even though staff said a reissue would take another 4–6 weeks. Helped my son and girlfriend move in , very well maintained, lots of amenities, as a mom i can feel good about his safety, the apartment itself....wow..beautiful... Can't wait to visit them
4 months in an have had a great experience living here so far. The maintenance crew is very responsive especially Justin. The management crew is friendly and helpful.
