Richmond American is the worst company we have had to deal with when purchasing a new home. Being military we have purchased more than a few homes all which were new construction. We have been living here since the end of May, had a punch list prior to closing which has still not been completed. Once we moved in to our house the promises of fixing things came every day…30 days go by…60 days go by…90 days go by and we still can not get the house to where it should have been BEFORE we moved in.
