Great manager is all that needs to be said.
Not a great experience on their website and they are pretty strict when it comes to approving applicants like 700+ credit strict. They made it seem like it would be an issue based off my income and then got back to me saying I was denied so definitely didn’t like them leading me on and when I asked about if I would get my application fee back they ghosted me. Don’t even bother trying to sign a lease or get a tour of this place. The directions to do a “self-guided” tour were impossible. They gave no code to retrieve a key fob for the tour, were inaccessible over the phone, and it’s unclear where their main office or appropriate parking is. Probably dodged a bullet by not touring because I can only imagine how incompetent their office when you’re actually a resident.
