Grace and Scott are very lovely, nice and take the time to help us even after moving in. The maintenance team is efficient when handling requests and don't let your pets run out. Front desk is quick to reply to texts and get maintenance to help if it is needed. Only downside is the train if you are in a light sleeper. Otherwise you won't even notice it. They could treat their tenants way better.
The only thing worse than trying to stream anything on the spotty-at-best internet (you can't opt out of) is the opposite of helpful management. Wish we would have moved literally ANYWHERE else. Oh, and don't be fooled by those 5 star reviews-they'll offer you $50 off of your rent for one of those.
Beautiful apartment! Smooth move in, office management are very helpful with every call or task asked. They have a dolly you can borrow to move stuff in if necessary! Love it here
