Been living here almost a year the tenants above me you can hear running and bumping all through the day and night I try not to complain after speaking with management about the issue it seems to have gotten worser after noticing how poorly these units were built is probably the reason I can hear everything that's going on recently my family had an event at the family room a lady from the complex got locked in the gym it was a sign on the door stating do not close the door it will lock so she complained to management saying ... read more
Great place to live and super helpful maintenance staff. Whenever I have had an issue with something in my apartment, they have been quick to send someone over! Usually Jerry has been the one to come over and help with issues in my apartment and he is very professional and extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond!
Great place, with great people. I have been staying out the Mount Pleasant location for some time now and I wouldn’t rather call anywhere else home. From the staffing, to the events they throw every other month to bring the neighbors closer. Seasons ant Mount Pleasant goes down as a pleasant choice! Thank you Janessa and to everyone else that has been apart of such an experience.
Absolutely am not a fan of this complex and management. Got threaten to get my vehicle towed for parking in a “guest spot”. Will not and would not live here or recommend for anyone else.
I have spoken to several people at different Seasons locations and I honestly think the best service I received was at this Mt. Pleasant location. Finding an apartment and looking at different places can be very stressful, and the person I specifically spoke to, Janessa, was a great help!
