The houses are coming along quick!
I was under contract to buy the spec home at 1005 W Lincoln. The home appraised at $15K under sales price. Richmond American Homes was unwilling to lower the sales price, but instead told me to take it or leave it. I left it. They want to keep the good faith earnest money deposit as damages, even though there are non on their part. I strongly suggest you NOT buy a home from them. If so, beware that if your home doesn’t appraise, they won’t lower the price.
