If you thinking of moving here don’t! Red flags everywhere let me tell you guys 20 yrs in Washington it’s the worst placed I ever lived definitely not kid friendly. Always something going on expect to see cops at least once a day. Let’s not talk about Management and office staff respectfully they all suck and need proper training they don’t do nothing but sit around and gossip. Posted one affordable price, no mention of it being a ‘one month special’ on the website, only to find out upon arriving to tour that a.) they didn’t even know if it was tourable even though I scheduled a tour, and b.) the rent would increase by almost $350 after the ‘special’ was over. Unimpressed and unhappy. Scummy practices. Look someplace else, I wouldn’t trust them. Don’t desk girl was nice, though it seems like an actual manager should be in charge if she isn’t sure about anything.
