My mother stays here and it breaks my heart that the property manager is inaccessible to the residents at this lovely complex. Resident parking is an issue that is often brought up in our conversations because some of the residents have multiple vehicles, vehicles they no longer drive and take up parking spots for the people living there that actively drive. My request was quickly fixed, but i always ask to be home when the repair person arrives.
My experience was perfect. Ursula and Marissa are professional and attended to every detail and answered any concern or questions I had. My move involved a long distance situation. Driving and not knowing traffic and road conditions it was a challenge to be in person at times. They worked tirelessly and professionally accommodating the situation. I could communicate with these lovely ladies whenever a question or situation presented itself!! 👏 BRAVO LADIES
Property in and out needs a lot more attention. Parking for guests is non existing and it needs to be addressed. Now they have taken away parking on Bilby rd., so Bruceville is the only option for guests and there is never space there either. PLEASE get this situation figured out!
