The complex is well maintained & very nice. The apartments are very spacious & have high ceilings. However, the new Assistant Community Director is very rude & aggressive. It was always a very pleasant place to live until she was hired. It’s sad that this is happening in such a nice place. I do like living here. I’ve been here for over 5 years. However, the annual rent increases, in this area, are not only unfair, but not feasible if you’re a retired senior, subsisting solely on SS income, which most of the tenants are. (Some tenants are on Title 8, and I honestly think, that this is the only way to be able to withstand the rent increases.)
