Horrible experience, poor quality and craftsmanship. Make sure they write down EVERYTHING, not just general statements, on your walk through. There is a huge list of items that need to be completed and worked on. They scheduled us to do the final walk through before they had final inspection completed and passed and everything installed/completed.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. We moved three weeks ago, November 10, 2022, and this house is close to a piece of 💩…. Where do we start- We are still waiting on kitchen cabinets and screen doors; My husband has kept calling for the past two weeks and leaving messages for Cabinet Work Groups, and they don’t call back. They did a Pi*** poor job painting the garage door, a poor grout job in one of the bathrooms, and the floor in the living room has rocks and bumps underneath. I have already gotten 5 calls for roof repairs on these 2 year old homes! The workmanship is TERRIBLE. The city is either not inspecting these roofs or not doing a good inspection. As a roofer I can drive through the neighborhood and spot problems on every 3rd home. Beware and hire a roofing inspector before your closing because I can assure you within 5 years you are going to have some serious problems and the warranty is worthless at that stage.
