It was such an easy process to rent from MAA Seasons in Fredericksburg laurece and Danielle were the best! The apartment complex feels like you’re living on a resort and I love it so much thank you MAA Seasons!
I absolutely love this apartment complex. They made my experience of having my first apartment the best. Although I know longer reside there I would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks to Danielle, Cori, Erica and karissa. Compared to the other complexes in Fredericksburg this one is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance tech Nate is very professional.
"I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is nice, has a lot of great amenities (gyms, pools, home theaters, pool tables, etc.), and in a great location close to plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly, very responsive, and quick to fix any issues. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I love the quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!"
Easy move in good workers very satisfied -sincerely a recent college grad
i am dog sitting for a tenant this week and i just have to ask, why the obnoxiously loud yard work every day at 8 am. it is psychological torture. i feel awful for anyone who has a baby or even just the human need for sleep. truly awful.
