Shania is the best!!! Made our move in process easy and quick! Amazing staff so far! The view from my new porch is amazing and the cost of the 3bdrm is cheaper than the 2bdrm we currently rent! Super excited for the actual move in!
This apartment complex has become incredibly disappointing. The property maintenance is unacceptable. The grass is constantly allowed to grow way too tall, and even after the landscaping crew comes, the job looks unfinished. The lawn is uneven, the edges are never trimmed, and it often looks like the mower just knocked the grass over instead of actually cutting it. The trash situation is even worse. This process was incredibly easy, from applying on the webpage and the quick response from the office to accommodate my requests. Overall the application process has been very smooth. The complex is fantastic with so many amenities for all ages and families. I would recommend!!
Management and maintenance are all very helpful and friendly, and the move in process was so simple! Loving the apartment and neighborhood!
