We been in our new home for a month now and we have had a great experience. The buying process was somewhat stressful but with the help of Garrett Luther it made things feel a lot better. Garrett never gave up on us through the entire process. He kept in touch and was there to answer any questions that we had. He was very helpful and was there for anything that we needed. With the help of Garrett Luther we were able to purchase our dream home.
Working with Garrett Luther on buying a house at Richmond American Homes was exceptional. He answers all questions and is always quick to respond. He helped us greatly with the papers and scheduling and he is very patient and understanding. To sum it all up, we got the house in time and a large part of it was because of how amazing Garret is with all his support. Highly recommend working with him. Thank you!
Garrett, Jim, and the Richmond Team have been a godsend. We had so much trouble with our past home buying experience. But these folks made it a dream. They have been on top of every request, and trust me, we had a lot of reasons for them to be frustrated with us. However, they were there every step of the way. We were not thrilled with their lender, American Home Mortgage, but that is for a different review.

Changing my review This has nothing to do with Garrett, but we’ve encountered nothing but problems with our home over the past few months. From a faulty water heater that required the fire department to come out, to water leaks and many other issues, it has been incredibly frustrating. I will never purchase a Richmond home again. What should have been an exciting experience has instead resulted in unnecessary costs, time away from work, and time lost with our child.
