2 years ago they told us they would redo the room.. never happened. Still has outlets without covers and cleaning is only fair in bathroom and bedroom. Does have family atmosphere but not many activities except TV.
Fantastic experience with Seasons. Quality organization from management to the caregivers. Highly recommend!
The staff is excellent and upbeat and cheerful almost all the time. The environment is more like a house/home and less like a hospital. Everyone is willing to work with you to provide the best care for the residents.
We were so blessed to find this home for my g ma. The staff is amazing & from my understanding the food is pretty awesome too. They have taken such great care of my g ma, who can be difficult at times, but they all know what they are doing. The staff to resident ratio is incredible & we couldn't have asked for a better place. Thank you for your compassion & skills.
