My mother was a resident of Seasons for 5 months. Unfortunately, she passed away on Saturday. I want to recognize the Staff at Seasons for their incredible care and compassion for my Mother in her last days. I would like to recognize two amazing individuals who work there. Haidyn Heinz was my Mother's hospice nurse and is truly one of a kind. She was always keeping me informed and provided such amazing love and compassion for my Mother. She was a huge source of strength for me and is a huge asset for the building. Anne Rodri... read more
I have been to 4 other facilities for respite care, paying more in 3 of them than here at Season's Memory Care. All of the other 4 facilities took my money, gave my dad a bed and food and when I picked him up, he was a mess. Hair in 5 different directions, two weeks of facial hair, a stench of urine sometimes and he was weak in body and mind. Do you know what caring looks like? If not, go to Season's. Last summer I placed my partner at Seasons Memory Care based upon the positive reviews, meeting with the owner, and touring the facility. Things started out positive and I was optimistic about his care. Initially, I was pleased, but over the five months he was there, I began to lose confidence in the facility and we moved him to another facility. In five months, the facility went through three building managers and three nurses. The last building manager I found to be unprofessional. Example: On one of the last visits there,... read more
Some of my friends recommended Seasons Alzheimer’s Care and Assisted Living for my father, which turned to be the right decision. During COVID-19, they kept everyone safe. They did window visits and had FaceTime calls. Their caregivers went up and beyond to take care of the residents. They had no COVID in their building - and test every two weeks to keep them safe. They have opened up visitation outside and have kept residents safe.
Seasons Alzheimer’s Care and Assisted Living has a 4.8 star rating with 67 reviews.
Seasons Alzheimer’s Care and Assisted Living is open now. It will close tomorrow at 12:00 a.m.
