What do I recommend about seasons ? I recommend that if you could work here with the nursing team to take care of the precious residents you should! But it’s not only the nursing team that’s amazing it’s all of us and all the departments here at seasons because we all work together and that is what counts we make our residents happy. Darn near everything and everybody!
My grandparents have been residents at Courtyard for over a year now. Although they live in separate areas (nursing & AL) they are able to continue to live “together” in many ways- from dining together, attending activities and spending time in each other’s rooms. Both AL and nursing staff know each of them and promote not only their physical well-being but also their psychological well being- neither could ever live happily without the other and the Seasons staff goes above and beyond for them. Took bad care of my great grandmother that I’ve heard from family.
DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE TO SKILLED NURSING HERE! The Administrator does not listen when you voice concerns and blames the hospital for their lack of information and intake questions. My Mom was almost given Shrimp with a shell fish allergy and nobody seems to know she has alzheimers. This was blamed on the hospital, even though my family has told several people that she is end stage alzheimers. She is thrown in the bed every chance they get.
