I paid of a jacket on October 18th and was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. I have been given every excuse known to man. It is 2 months later, they have my $75 and I still don’t have the jacket. I went there tonight and was given another excuse! Do NOT use this company unless you want to throw your money away. Unfortunately I will be going there with Whitestown police to get my jacket or my money.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will not stand behind their work at all! Anyone see an issue with one of these jackets? ... Was told by staff it was incorrect and that it would be replaced. But now Fred is refusing to buy the new jacket that is needed to replace the order! We personally had bought the jacket and it was taken to his business. After waiting and waiting we received the order, and it looks like this!
They took over a month for an order they promised in 3 weeks and it was done wrong. Than when stuff was returned they put off fixing it and refused money back . Know I’m out money for a cheer order!!!! Find somewhere else to do your team apparel.

Fred is nothing short of a great resource. He is always on point, Best prices, always going above the call for supreme products. Go to Fred he's the best.
Ordered class shirts for our sixth graders. They printed all the shirts with one student' name spelled wrong. Offered to reprint one tee shirt for that student but wouldn't fix the others. Every time a kid wears their shirt this student has to see his/her name spelled wrong. We supplied an accurate list of names. No one checked for mistakes. Dennis the owner is a rude man. Disappointed. On my way to LIDS to het a hat, i saw seasonal sports. Figured id support local business instead of a corporate giant. Called in for some embroidery and the guy was beyond rude. Told me I couldn't do one hat that the minimum was 6...No big deal...instead, he continued by telling me there's no point making just one. I replied with "so you don't want to make money"?
