They're nice people, but we absolutely hate the jacuzzi tub we bought. It has too many features we don't need - and they're incredibly difficult to use. Have one weak arm? Yeah. You're screwed. Can't hit three buttons inside of 5 seconds? Yeah. You're screwed. Terrible product, absolute waste of money.
Can’t say enough positive things about this experience. From the initial contact Ashley and the team were great. Answering any questions or concerns quickly. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a quick buy, and once I did the techs who delivered the hot tub were great too. Finally Steve the owner came to do the orientation and stayed as long as I needed him to, covering all aspects of the tub. The service after the sale has been great too. If you’re looking for a hot tub in the beach area this is the place to go!
Ok, so Seasonal Solutions is quite a top-notch hot tub seasonal solution business. They are not pushy with no pressurized sales and gimmicks. Steve and Ashley were great with their hot tub amenities, styles, color, sizes, prices, and got us into a really nice JACUZZI brand hot tub at a really affordable discounted price that included free delivery and set up like a pro.
