We scheduled an appointment 2+ weeks in advance with their Lewes location. Ashley told us that they would be here to service our hot tub. (Live outside Laurel, only 20-30 minute ride from their store.) Fast forward to June 28th, 2021, the day of appointment. I called to confirm the appointment and Ashley informed me that the tech had 2 service calls in Lewes and one in Greenwood. Then the tech would be definitely be here before the end of the day. It's unfortunate that we could not service this customer in regards to their hot tub. Laurel is out of our service area, which our new employee was not aware of. It is 30 miles from our Lewes store to Laurel and at least 1 hour of travel time with traffic conditions.We did not perform any service for this customer in the past or present, and therefore they have no right to complain about our service.
