He and his crew are extremely friendly and nice, I felt like I was dealing with family. My job entailed lifting all boards from the porch, laying down stones, install a steel mesh against wildlife digging and nesting under the porch, re-install the boards, replace those damaged during removal and those rotting due to ground contact.
