The gentlemen got the job done, except it comes at the cost of your labor and time... In exchange for getting the AC fixed (and I can confirm it has been replaced/ fixed), I had to forfeit my mopped floors, and we are talking two flights of stairs going down, plus the rest of the basement, and the corner where the furnace is... they have two runners that they only placed at the front, and up and down the stairs, in an out of the basement they went.... with shoes on...despite my kind request...
