Rick responded right away when I called about a possible frozen pipe. He identified the problem (not a frozen pipe thankfully) and he educated me on preventive measures for winterizing our home. Glad our issue wasn't more serious, but if it had been, I'm confident Rick would've solved it!
We called on a Saturday and he was quick and fixed our broken bathroom pipe! Will use again for future repairs
