Hi…the work done was good quality but never finished. Shrubs died and they said “we have replacements on order” but never replaced. In my contract we planned to bury a cord under the patio bit that did not happen…now I have a bright orange electrical cord running through my yard. Unsafe and unsightly. I believe they should do what was promised and outlined in our agreement. They begged for the payment of the balance on Dec 31….I would say don’t pay the balance until the work is done, as this company does not keep their word.... read more

This company performs the landscaping for my HOA community. I purchased a brand new ($2500) door 3 months ago. Unfortunately I noticed a large dent in my door shortly after their crew performed our communities landscaping. I brought this issue up to the landscaper in person this morning before they started their work. They claimed that they do not perform the landscaping at my condominium and proceeded to start their work at my condominium a few minutes after. I'm improving my earlier review from one to three stars because this company FINALLY called me back (perhaps coincidentally, perhaps not) the day after my review was posted. Hmmm... Previously, I had left three messages with Seasonal Concepts (at their regular number, ending in 1009) without a returned phone call. I was referred to this company by a friend, who had some work done on her sidewalk and front yard.
