Season was the absolute best working with! Our 1:1 training sessions were great. Her nutrition/health tips were so helpful to me. She has helped me so much physically and mentally pre- and post-endo surgery. I didn't only gain a coach. I gained a lifelong friend!
I suffer from endometriosis stage 4, chronic pain, and much more. Season helped me learn how to eat right for my body and lose unhealthy weight. I decided to contact Season after I was diagnosed with endometriosis in March of this year. I knew I needed to do all I could to allow my body to heal after surgery and that included the nutrition/ holistic part of things also. She gave me the tools and tips I needed when I knew very little about endo. She helped me become more comfortable in understanding the disease and how different foods can affect it. Ms. Gorny help my husband and myself with building our confidence is choosing the right foods. Once we learned how to choose the right foods she taught us to how to incorporate those choices daily.
