We purchased our spa 2 years ago and regularly visit the store for chemicals. Always met with a friendly smile. Have no complaints with our purchase
Great at taking your money and fobbing you off but that’s about it..! Called the company in April due to a leak and no heat, sent a service guy out who advised us we needed to replace the panel and will deal with the leak once refilled. Took from April till August for the part to arrive and the service guy to come back. Company demanded just under £500 upfront at which we paid.
