We had been trying to find a good and reputable company to shop For a new HVAC. I called 3 companies but so far, Season Control via its representative TOMER, from the beginning took the time to go over what we needed and why we needed it. TOMER who came to our house, not only sat down and explained but he got up to the attic and roof and all over the house to give us exactly what we needed. They advertise 24/7 service but when I called I was not helped. All the lady said was ill rely the message. Why false advertise when you dont accept urgent Jobs! I NEEDED SOMEONE ASAP AND I WAS NOT HELPED
They installed an exterior duct and it leaks. They sent someone to repair and still leaks. The 4 ton unit they installed should be 10 or 8 gauge wire but they tapped into an existing 12 guage wire which is a fire hazard. I had their technician come out and they refused to fix it and didn’t take responsibility and STILL charged me a service fee of $145
They seemed more professional which is why we chose them vs another service. I really liked the guy initially but now I feel like we've been smooth talked then conned, and taken advantage of because we didn't know any better at the time and we wanted to trust them. All our AC needed was a new capacitor and we were charged $600 after they pretended to lower the price from over $700, they showed the price of the capacitor from some unknown website listed at $450, when the same thing can be easily found online for less than $80... read more
Be aware of this guys!! No commitment to their ads of beating any written estimate. It’s all BS. Smooth talk to con you. Keep missing work items on proposal, which was agreed in mail exchange. When pressed to get answer, no response. Not responsible at all.
