Very professional and prompt customer service! They fixed my AC and did a great job! Highly recommend
ERNIE showed up 30 minutes late, seemed upset about something, checked our AC inside and outside unit, He said need to replace a Capacitor, he quoted $695 also needed a part of make sure our AC was getting enough power, I ask for a lower quote, He quoted $295 to replace a Capacitor only, which was outrages He charged me $50 to quote me $295, I ordered the Capacitor for $19 at Amazon. Season Control has now replaced my AC system, done seasonal maintenance and recently replaced an old pump. We had an issue on a weekend and they came out immediately in force (the GM, head foreman and worker) to fix the issue. They are very communicative and give excellent service.
They installed the complete wrong ac system for my home. The condenser is an eyesore on my roof and the furnace sounds like a jet engine. It hands down is the loudest system I have ever heard. Guest who stay at my house can barely sleep because of how loud it is. After installation I had them come back . They tried to mansplain me ( I have a ton of construction background) and said there is nothing they can do, absolute worst. The biggest regret of my home is having them do the hvac. Don’t do it .
