The house is just as advertised, small and cozy. Provides what you need. Suitable for two adults, potential for a third on the couch. Two youth or adventurous adults in the single bunk bed. It worked for us and is only a two minute walk to the beach with a great deck and grill for outdoor cooking with a view. It's affordable, not fancy.
This property was amazing! It was tucked in at the end of a nice street so i felt it was safe for my 5 grandchildren! We walked to the main street and beach every day! Perfect location. The home had plenty of beds. Bunk room was perfect and the pull out double downstairs in the den was perfect for the 3 year old that needed her own space! Oldest camped out on the sofa in the upstairs family room space which happened to be where they hooked up video games. Back patio had plenty of seating. The putting green was so fun!
