A big thank you to Brad and Seaside. They provided us with cable/wire balastrades, outdoor stainless steel handrails for our sandstone steps and a new handrail for our swiming pool. The quote was quick, the price was good and Brad was very polite and courteous.
Brad and Nathan have just completed some balustrading at our place today and the finished product is awesome. We have been renovating our house for a year and this was one of the last things we needed to attend to, so I have been dealing with many different trades during that time and can tell you that they have been reliable and professional from start to finish. We could not be any happier with the work Brad and Nathan have carried out at our home. We have had them replace an internal balustrade from wire to glass as well bespoke stainless rails on curved balconies of which all look amazing. They were polite, respectful, tidy and kept us well informed at each stage of the job. A fantastic result . If you have a tough job that needs to be fixed these are your guys.
Had a poor experience with this company. I excepted a quote from Brad for 2 interior railings(not the cheapest), however, he has been impossible to contact. After 3 weeks he finally returned one of my calls and informed me that my job was of low priority and was well down his work list. He then abruptly hung up. I suppose his unreability and rudeness was helpful, I found another supplier who was cheaper and and friendier to deal with.
I was so impressed with the quality of the work Brad and his team did. We are so happy with the results and brings our new deck altogether.
