Seaside Residential Management (SRM) has been by far the worst HOA to deal with. They rarely answer any calls, and the secretary is either extremely rude or incompetent at their job, and their billing management is extremely inefficient. Was utilizing autopay for the longest time when it strangely stopped going through to them, despite no change to my banking information.
