I have nothing but good things to say about Mary. My family has entrusted her with multiple real estate needs and she has exceeded expectations each time. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. The homebuying process seemed quite daunting to me before we brought Mary into the picture. Mary had our best interest in mind every step of the way and took extra time to explain things to me as a first time buyer.

Mary at Seaside Realty has helped me on three occasions so far. She helped me lease a house on Merritt Island, she eventually was the one I chose to sell that same house when I moved out of the area. Now that I am looking to relocate back to Brevard, she is finding me listings that meet my requirements. Working with Mary is like hanging out with a friend. Mary helped my husband and I look at properties in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond! We convinced my sister to rent a beachside condo for a couple of months during the summer that's managed by their sister company - Space Coast Vacations.
