I don't buy the previous review at all. Very satisfied customer, pool installed in September 2022. Mark & Janeine are highly skilled, fair and built us a beautiful 9 x4.5m pool, including water features. Held their price for us at a time when prices were going stupid. Yes, we had to wait, but were kept up to date and it was crazy times and they were absolute professionals. I recommend them to everyone and would use them again in a heartbeat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you are looking to have a pool installed anytime soon, avoid this company at all costs, they will at first promise to have your pool in by a certain time, and that is probably the last you will hear from them. they will ignore you calls and msgs, and when you do finally get a response, after several months from initial contact, you will probably be told they can no longer build your pool due to a myriad of excuses - We can't get this, we can't get that, we are too busy, bla bla bla.
