Amazing. Knowledgable and kind. Got the job done
I had a massive yellowjacket nest in a weird spot underneath my shed. Dozens if not hundreds of them, constantly coming and going. I got stung a couple times trying to get stuff out of the shed. It was way beyond what I could handle myself, in an awkward spot, possibly extending under ground but I couldn’t even get close enough to figure it out, they were aggressive. Horrible customer service, extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend !
Omair was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and reliable—by far the best technician we’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond to help us with a carpenter ant issue, even fitting us in last minute on the same day. His customer service is unmatched, and he clearly knows his stuff better than anyone else we’ve dealt with. If you're booking, I highly recommend asking for Omair specifically. You won’t be disappointed!
I thought I had carpenter ants on my deck as there was a pile of sawdust by a post. Omair of Seaside Pest Control came the next day and examined the sawdust but was puzzled that there was no sign of ants so he called their specialist. After a discussion they decided it was Wood Wasps and then as we watched the area one flew in. Omair was very courteous and efficient at fumigating the area to kill the larvae which make the sawdust and spraying to deter the queens returning.
