Do not recommend. The guy came in, set up some black poison boxes around the house. Then he found a potential point of entry for the rodents, so he started to put SOME metal wool then left it 1/3 of the way done, pretty much left it up to us to complete it and told us to go buy the metal wool ourselves and seal up other points of entry we see around the house. I paid close to $500 to do the inspection and job myself, and no one seems to want to come by and do a follow up either as our situation is worse. Very disappointed in... read more
The people who came to help were no nothing short of incredible! I was so upset about the rat problem, I didn't feel comfortable in my own home. After the first visit, they helped me gain control of the problem and even helped me when I was too scared to go near things. I would recommend these people to anyone. They not only solved my problem, they helped me emotionally face it. Such kind service.
