After our air conditioner quit working American Home shield was notified. After two days was finally able to schedule a trouble call. Stayed home from work and the guy never showed, 2nd day the guy was supposed to show and didn’t and now won’t answer calls or text messages. AHS was called again, the earliest the could squeeze us in was 13 days later, and my husband and I are unable to take time off that day. Highly recommend. They showed up same day when our ac broke during a heat wave, beat out prices of much larger companies, answered all of our questions, and provided excellent service and a timely installation of our new system.
Seaside Mechanical serviced my HVAC unit recently. The owner answered my call the first time I called. I told him my AC was just not keeping up with keeping my house cool with the heat this summer. He asked me to text him my name, number, and a good time I would be available. I texted I would be available the next day anytime w my info. The technician texted me when he was on his way, and arrived within 20 minutes of the text. He cleaned the AC coils, and added 2.5 lbs of coolant to my system.
