I don’t live here but have an elderly client that does. He seems happy with it and I’d say it’s a well appointed apartment inside with very nice finishes good insulation and new appliances
We absolutely love it here. It's very well maintained. The cameras everywhere are a definite plus. We feel extremely safe. So far everyone is following the rules. There's no dog poop on the grounds. The doggie bags are provided to the tenants. And every pet owner does there share. The ground are always maintained. They even do weekly trips to the grocery store. They have all kinds of fun stuff. Best manager we've ever had. Linda works hard to try to please everyone. She gets the job done
I find property and management the best! Maintenance is a priority to all and is done asap. Manager is delightful and is on her game.
I have lived here since opening and like all apartments, there are pros/cons. My apartment is overall Great, Lakeview from a distance and all the firework displays. Location is safe, hidden off NASA Rd and convenient to variety of businesses. Linda(Property Manager) always polite, friendly and does what she can, to make things right. She is a benefit to this community.
