We used Seaside Legal for our house closing because our bank recommended them, but had I know what I do now we would have chosen a different firm. They charge considerably higher than the state average, and when it came time for the closing our attorney was an hour and a half late. I would expect better professionalism from one of the most expensive real estate law firm in the state.
