Terrible customer service. Nobody communicates well at all. Maria the paralegal can’t respond to an email or phone call in timely manner to save her own life. Joel can’t either. Both just keep everyone waiting for weeks with zero communication. It’s almost like they feel like they are delicate geniuses and too good to respond to a paying customers email. We used Seaside Legal for our house closing because our bank recommended them, but had I know what I do now we would have chosen a different firm. They charge considerably higher than the state average, and when it came time for the closing our attorney was an hour and a half late. I would expect better professionalism from one of the most expensive real estate law firm in the state.
