Brought my watch in to have several links removed and they were able to get it done in just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future.
No need to leave the Island for a quality Jeweler or last minute surprise gift for a loved one. I assure you the customer service is better than anywhere you've ever shopped. Larry is The Man! Plenty of parking in front and both sides of the shop.
Great service! Went in to get my girlfriend’s ring cut off, after the gentleman Thoroughly explained the process of how he was going to cut the ring my girlfriend asked how much it would be to get it sized up to a 6 (she thought she could squeeze into a 5) he said it’d be no big deal and he said it’ll be ready for us this afternoon. Thank you sir for making her feel safe during the process.
Very very sweet people, they are all amazing at their jobs! I had gotten a ring stuck on my ring finger, and it was swollen to the point where i couldn’t get it off at home, they cut it off for me and explained the whole process to me before even touching it. (I was slightly nervous and that helped a lot) He was very kind, and told me he could fix it back, and make sure it wouldn’t get stuck again by bringing it up a size.
