I'll say up front: Ruth and all the staff deserve 5 stars. The room was clean, well kept, and in working order. The location being so close to the beach, as well as the town center, was a big plus as well. But... I'll be honest, there were things I wasn't a huge fan of. First off, parking was a touch cramped and confusing. I was parked in the back lot and the next day a big truck was parked next to me. I managed to get out, but dang was it a close call! Their website lied they say one thing and then we get there and it's nowhere near what they said on its website supposed to have three bedrooms jacuzzi no it don't then they put my kids down which are in their 20s late twenties and I'm almost 50 years old and they're calling me a kid terrible management and customer service not recommended walk away.

The folks that run the Hillcrest really make it extra special. They make you feel comfortable, safe and at home. The room for my solo trip has a jacuzzi tub right next to the bed and it’s been so relaxing. There are many little details that make it feel special.
